Juneteenth Family Fest (June 17th): The 3rd Annual Juneteenth Family Festival will take place on Saturday, June 17th in North Charleston’s Riverfront Park. Festivities start at 3pm with live performances, kids games, art displays and more. Admission is free, followed by a fireworks show at the conclusion of the event.

Charleston Farmers Market (June 17th & 24th): Head to Marion Square on Saturday morning from 8am-2pm to enjoy the Charleston Farmers Market. Summer is one of the best times of year for produce in Charleston, and the market lets you connect directly with local farmers and growers. In addition to an abundance of produce, the market also features local foods, crafts, performances, and more.

 

Starlight Cinema Series (June 28th): Nothing is more quintessentially summer than an outdoor movie! On June 28th, head out to Freshfields Village to enjoy a movie under the stars. They will be playing the Disney/Pixar movie Luca. The show starts at 8:30pm and make sure to bring a chair or blanket for seating.
